Frankfort – Woodie Otis Rule, 95, of Frankfort, died Monday in the Clinton County Hospital at Frankfort. __ Rule moved to Clinton County in 1924. He had been a farmer all his life. He was born Nov. 9, 1885, at Cloverdale. He was married to Minnie Ethel Cue on Feb. 24, 1909. She is deceased. Surviving are six sons, Jewell of Crawfordsville, Estill of Frankfort, and Glenn, Russell, Wilbur and Hubert of Michigantown; two daughters, Garnett Clidence of Lantana, Fla. And Ruth Valley of Baumholder, Germany; a sister Pearl Shamel of Greenwood; 22 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Goodwin Funeral Home at Frankfort. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. smc
